I’m an Integrative Breathwork Practitioner who helps leaders live from a place of clarity, ease, and authenticity.
Blending science-backed breathwork techniques with a grounded approach to nervous system regulation, my work creates experiences that help people move beyond overthinking and self-judgment into embodied confidence and clarity. In each session, I invite participants to slow down, listen inward, and access the wisdom that lives within every breath.
Based in Los Angeles, I currently work in tech while guiding leaders, creatives, and founders through the same process that transformed my own life, using the breath as a bridge between mind and body. My approach is accessible and designed for those who want to perform at a high level without losing their sense of peace and presence. I look forward to meeting you!

Yes, Carly offers limited private Breathwork sessions both virtually and in-person in Mid-City Los Angeles. During your consultation, we’ll explore your goals, current needs, and the type of breathwork experience that will best support you. Integrative Breathwork is a deep, immersive experience designed to access expanded states of consciousness through accelerated, continuous breathing and music.
During a session, you’ll:
Lie down in a comfortable position, often with your eyes closed
Use a connected breathing pattern (a steady, faster rhythm without long pauses)
Be guided by specially curated music to support emotional and energetic release
Be encouraged to let your body move, feel, and express whatever arises, laughter, tears, shaking, stillness, or insight

Everyone’s experience with breathwork is unique. Many people notice shifts, such as feeling calmer, clearer, or more grounded, after their very first session.
For deeper emotional and nervous system regulation, results build over time as your body learns to trust safety and ease again. Most clients begin to experience lasting change when breathwork becomes a regular practice as part of their monthly health routine.
The more consistently you practice, the more natural calm, clarity, and confidence become part of your daily life. -
Breathwork can be a powerful and transformative practice, but it’s not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, or have a history of epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions (including high blood pressure or arrhythmia), glaucoma, or serious psychiatric conditions, please consult with your physician before participating.
If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, or are currently under medical supervision, it’s important to seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider before beginning this practice.
All participation is voluntary, and you are encouraged to listen to your body, move gently, and take breaks as needed.
